FCC Proposes $10,000 Fine Against KBAA For Public File Violations

The FCC has proposed a $10,000 fine against ADELANTE MEDIA OF CALIFORNIA LLC for public file violations at Regional Mexican KBAA/GRASS VALLEY-SACRAMENTO, CA.

The station reported missing quarterly issues/programs lists for the fourth quarter of 2010 through the fourth quarter of 2012 in its license renewal application.  The Commission declined to reduce the fine, noting that the station only reported the violation in the context of answering the question on the renewal form.
