In other filings with the FCC, HBD MEDIA, LLC is selling the construction permit for KCWB/BYRON, WY to LEGEND COMMUNICATIONS OF WYOMING, LLC for $5,000.

GUYANN CORP. is selling Classic Country KAFF-A, Country KAFF-F, and Rock KMGN (93.9 THE MOUNTAIN)/FLAGSTAFF and Classic Country KNOT-A and Soft AC KTMG (MAGIC 99.1)/PRESCOTT, AZ to FLAGSTAFF RADIO, INC. for $5 million.  The buyers, ROGER P. ANDERSON and NANCY L. ANDERSON, have been managing the stations under a Management Agreement since AUGUST 1st, 2010.

LAKELAND SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH is selling the construction permit for WQMN/MINOCQUA, WI to WRVM, INC. for $20,000.

RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling FM translator W276CR/BRADENTON, FL to SALEM COMMUNICATIONS' CARON BROADCASTING, INC. for $125,000.  The station will rebroadcast Talk WLSS-A/SARASOTA.  The seller is also selling FM translator W288CU/PORTLAND, ME to BIBLE BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC. in exchange for a tower lease at CHARLESTON, SC.

VOICES FOR SPOKANE is donating low power FM KVFS-LP/SPOKANE to SPOKANE TRANSLATOR ASSOC.
