The FCC has rejected WYNNEWOOD COMMUNITY RADIO ASSOCIATION's appeal of the Commission's determination that it is not eligible for a new noncommercial educational FM at WYNNEWOOD, OK. The applicant, the FCC decided, is not an eligible "nonprofit educational organization" but rather the alter ego of TONY MALASKA, who, as an individual, would not be eligible and who claimed eligibility as an unincorporated association under state law.
And upon a petition for reconsideration by JENNIFER COX-HENSLEY, the Commission ordered CALVARY CHAPEL OF CRAWFORDSVILLE to divest itself of its interest in low power FM WVRG-LP/CRAWFORDSVILLE, IN within 30 days as a condition of its grant of a license to cover for a new full-power station, WSRC/WAYNETOWN, IN.
