CLEAR CHANNEL MEDIA + ENTERTAINMENT/CINCINNATI has named BO MATTHEWS VP/Programming, effective immediately. MATTHEWS will oversee the programming operations of CLEAR CHANNEL/CINCINNATI's seven-station cluster and take on a dual role as PD for Rock WEBN.
Previously, MATTHEWS had been PD for CCM+E sisters WMMS and WAKS/CLEVELAND for the past 11 years. "Being home for 11 years has been amazing, and I can’t be more appreciative of the people that have given me the opportunity to work with WMMS, WAKS, ROVER’s Morning Glory, ALAN COX and the rest of my CLEVELAND family," he said. "I have learned so much from GARY MINCER, KEITH ABRAMS and am eternally grateful. I am excited to get started with the CINCINNATI cluster, working with CHUCK FREDRICK and SCOTT REINHART as we take the cluster to new heights."
"BO’s track record of success and skill set make him the perfect leader for CINCINNATI's iconic brands," CCM+E/CINCINNATI Market Pres. CHUCK FREDRICK said. "His knowledge and experience will be a great asset to the market."
