Ownership of noncommercial Triple A KTBG/KANSAS CITY has officially transferred from the UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL MISSOURI to KANSAS CITY PUBLIC TELEVISION.  Under the new ownership, JOHN HART remains PD, SARAH BRADSHAW returns as MD and BYRON JOHNSON is now Operations Dir.
