Changes coming to CCM+E MILWAUKEE. DAVE ADAMS, currently PD for both Top 40 WRNW (97.3 RADIO NOW) and Oldies sister WRIT (OLDIES 95.7), will segue exclusively to the WRIT PD chair.
CCM+E Dir./Programming KERRY WOLFE stated, "DAVE has helped grow OLDIES 95.7 into one of the top performing stations in the company and the entire country and this didn’t go unnoticed on the corporate level as DAVE has also been asked to help out with upcoming projects with other Oldies/Classic Hits stations within CLEAR CHANNEL. He’s a great tactician and strategist and we couldn’t be more proud of his accomplishments."
Regarding the search for ADAMS' replacement WOLFE said, "In a time where many companies are downsizing, we are lucky enough to be able to bring in another PD that will focus exclusively on 97.3 RADIO NOW and also pull down an air shift while continuing to build on the foundation that DAVE started. The search is underway to find to best person for that position who will take RADIO NOW to the next level!"
Another change at RADIO NOW is the addition of SHAUN RIDDER as night host. RIDDER was most recently MD/afternoon host at WOODWARD RADIO GROUP Country WXMM/APPLETON and replaces former afternoon/imager RIGGS, who left last AUGUST for crosstown ENTERCOM Top 40 WXSS (NET NEWS 8/7). RIDDER will also take over imaging at the cluster's four FM stations.
