MURRAY COMMUNICATIONS is selling FM translators W287CF/BRISTOL, TN and W291CP/BLOUNTVILLE, TN to BRISTOL BROADCASTING CO., INC. for $102,000.  The BRISTOL translator will rebroadcast Sports WFHG-A (98 THE SPORTS FOX)/BRISTOL and the BLOUNTVILLE translator will rebroadcast Talk WFHG-F (SUPER TALK WFHG)/BLUFF CITY-BRISTOL.

In another filing with the FCC, MORTENSON BROADCASTING CO. OF WEST VIRGINIA, LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WEMM-A/HUNTINGTON, WV due to vandalism and while the station finds a more secure location.

And WORLD RADIO NETWORK, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator K278BS/WILLCOX, AZ to TODD P. ROBINSON's KZLZ, LLC for $10,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Country KHIL-A (K-HILL)/WILLCOX, AZ.

Also, MEDIA LOGIC, LLC has closed on its purchase of Oldies KSTC-A (STERLING SILVER) and Country KNNG (104.7 KING FM)/STERLING, CO along with Adult Hits KNEC (SAY 100.9)/YUMA, CO  and FM translator K276CX/SIDNEY, NE from ARNOLD BROADCASTING for $750,000.  MEDIA SERVICES GROUP's JODY MCCOY served as exclusive broker representing the seller in this transaction.
