NEXTMEDIA Classic Rock WRXQ (Q-ROCK)/JOLIET, IL has promoted morning show host ELWOOD to APD. He will continue on in mornings, where he has been for the past two years, CHICAGORADIOANDMEDIA reports With WRXQ PD MARK ZANDER also programing and working at Classic Hits sister WERV (95.9 THE RIVER), ELWOOD has already been working with music scheduling and aiding in Q-ROCK's day-to-day operations.
