SHIRLEY ANN COOK, executrix of the estate of the late DON L. COOK, is selling Norteno KMMZ (LA CALIENTE 101.3)/CRANE-MIDLAND-ODESSA, TX to PERMIAN BASIN BROADCASTING, LLC for $2.3 million. The buyers have been operating the station under an LMA since SEPTEMBER.
In other filings with the FCC, KATHERINE PYEATT is selling the construction permit for a new FM at MARKHAM, TX to RICHARD E. WITKOVSKI, II for $20,250.
MMTC BROADCASTING, LLC is selling Southern Gospel WSHE-A/COLUMBUS, GA to H. LYNN PAGE and IDA PAGE's 88.5 THE TRUTH, INC. for $37,500. The station was donated to MMTC late last year by CLEAR CHANNEL's ALOHA STATION TRUST, LLC.
