WGCI Names Kenard Karter PD

CLEAR CHANNEL Urban WGCI/CHICAGO has appointed KENARD KARTER PD, effective MARCH 3rd, 2014. Previously he was APD/middays at KMEL/SAN FRANCISCO; before that KARTER held a variety of positions in CHICAGO, including on-air host/Promotions Assistant at WGCI; MD at both WGCI FM and Top 40 sister WKSC.
