  The RADIO TELEVISION DIGITAL NEWS ASSOCIATION has named MIAMI-DADE PUBLIC SCHOOLS noncommercial News-Talk WLRN/MIAMI News Director TERENCE SHEPHERD to its Board of Directors, representing Region 13 (FLORIDA, GEORGIA, PUERTO RICO, and the U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS).
  RTDNA Chairman CHRIS CARL called SHEPHERD "an outstanding journalist. We're fortunate to have him bring his leadership and management skills to our board of directors."
