  EVANOV RADIO GROUP has tweaked AC CFJL (THE BREEZE)/WINNIPEG to "JEWEL 101." It's the sixth EVANOV station adopting that name and format.
  
  The AC is targeted to the 40+ female market, with a library of over 1,800! The on-air lineup includes.DON PERCY, RUSS TYSON and NORM FOSTER.
