PROSPECT PARK, the label that has successfully taken FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH and KORN to the top of the Rock and Alternative charts, has recently signed British rockers YOU ME AT SIX whose fourth album "Cavalier Youth" has landed at #1 on the U.S. Alternative New Artist Albums Chart and #1 Heatseekers on the New Artist Chart.
This international breakthrough follows just a few days after "Cavalier Youth" earned the #1 spot on the U.K. charts, bumping ELLIE GOULDING's "Halcyon Days" to #2 and beating out BEYONCE, whose self-titled release rounds out the top three.
YOU ME AT SIX's "Cavalier Youth" is the follow-up to three certified Gold albums in the U.K., which has solidified the band as one of BRITAIN's biggest rock bands this decade. With their recent partnering with PROSPECT PARK for the album release, YOU ME AT SIX Me are eager to return to the U.S., hinting at the possibility of a NORTH AMERICAN tour on the horizon.
"YOU ME AT SIX knows that to break in AMERICA, you have to be on the ground here," says PROSPECT PARK RECORDS Pres. JEREMY SUMMERS. "They practically moved here last summer, toured relentlessly and earned our attention by being a kick-ass rock band. We're pumped that they've chosen PROSPECT PARK to take them to their deserved new heights."
YOU ME AT SIX will be releasing the track "Room To Breathe" to Rock and Alternative stations here in the U.S. next month.
