Journal Ups Jason Graham To SVP/Finance-Controller-CFO, Adds COO Duties For Pres. Andre Fernandez

JOURNAL COMMUNICATIONS has upped VP/Controller JASON GRAHAM to SVP/Finance and Controller and CFO and has also added COO duties for President ANDRE FERNANDEZ.  GRAHAM joined JOURNAL in JUNE 2012 after serving as VP/Corporate Controller at BROOKDALE SENIOR LIVING, INC. and will report to Chairman/CEO STEVEN J. SMITH.

SMITH said, “As JOURNAL’s VP/Controller, JASON has done an excellent job leading our Accounting, Billing, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Tax teams. He has also contributed to our strategic planning and growth initiatives, which will continue to be an integral part of his expanded role as CFO."

He added,  “We are very fortunate to have such talented people at JOURNAL that allow us to consistently and confidently promote people from within our own organization to positions of increased responsibility.”
