  CHERRY CREEK RADIO LAKE TAHOE OM/PD and Talk KOWL-A/SOUTH LAKE TAHOE morning host/Hot AC KRLT (93.9 THE LAKE) midday host STEVE HARNESS has been upped to GM for the stations.
  HARNESS tells ALL ACCESS that he will remain on the air at KRLT but will give up the KOWL morning show as he takes on his new duties.
