WAY-FM Promotes Marshall And Austin To Regional Managers

WAY-FM MEDIA GROUP has promoted Christian WAYF/WEST PALM BEACH, FL GM JIM MARSHALL and MATT AUSTIN GM of the WAY-FM/NASHVILLE cluster to Regional Managers effective OCTOBER 1. In addition to WAYF, MARSHALL will now oversee the other FLORIDA operations of WAYJ/FT. MEYERS, FL and WAYT/TALLAHASSEE, FL. As MARSHALL takes FLORIDA under his wing, WAYJ GM JEFF TAYLOR and WAYT GM STEVE YOUNG will report to him.

LLOYD PARKER, COO of WAY-FM stated, “JIM managed multiple stations before joining WAY-FM a few months ago, and I believe that along with seasoned veterans JEFF and STEVE, the three of them will make a strong team.” PARKER also explained, “MATT’s promotion is due to the fact that he manages four stations in MIDDLE TENNESSEE, nearly 20 translators, and the hub of the CHRSN network operations.”

WAY-FM President/Founder BOB AUGSBERG observed, “MATT and JIM are vital parts of our team and these moves position us to effectively manage the continued growth from our VISION 20:1 initiative over the next few years.”
