CRAWFORD BROADCASTING affiliate WMUZ RADIO, INC. is donating Religion KSTL-A/ST. LOUIS to CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST, INC.

Trustee DAVID P. STAPLETON is transferring control of Oldies KMPH-A/MODESTO, CA to HARRY J. PAPPAS in the first step of a two-step transaction for the sale of the station and its sister TV stations in several markets.
