Bill Black Named OM At Radio One/Cleveland

RADIO ONE/CLEVELAND has tapped BILL BLACK will be the new OM. BLACK joins the team from WHTA (HOT 107.9)/ATLANTA where he was APD/MD. He will begin on MONDAY MARCH 10th.
