Cumulus Makes Key Appointments For 'Kickin' It With Kix' and 'American Country Countdown'

CUMULUS today (2/27) announced four NASH talent and programming appointments for two of its syndicated programs hosted by KIX BROOKS; the overnight “KICKIN’ IT WITH KIX” show and weekly “AMERICAN COUNTRY COUNTDOWN” (ACC).

Radio vet SUZANNE ALEXANDER joins BROOKS as co-host of “KICKIN IT WITH KIX” and substitute host of “AMERICAN COUNTRY COUNTDOWN.” ALEXANDER currently hosts GREAT AMERICAN COUNTRY's (GAC) “THE PLAYLIST,” a role she will retain.

ACC Associate Producer LONNIE NAPIER is upped to Exec. Producer of the weekly countdown staple. NAPIER’s vast syndicated background includes serving as VP of “WOLFMAN JACK ENTERTAINMENT” and Exec. Producer for “BILL CODY’s CLASSIC COUNTRY WEEKEND.”

ACC Associate Writer HOLLY ENNEN has been promoted to Head Writer for that show, as well as "KICKIN' IT WITH KIX."

CUMULUS digital division vet NIKITA PALMER has been named NASH Network Producer. In her previous role, PALMER’s responsibilities included Producer, Content Manager and most recently, Social Media Dir. of ACC and “KICKIN’ IT WITH KIX."
