French media giant VIVENDI UNIVERSAL has pulled itself off the New York Stock Exchange and terminated its American Depositary Receipt program at the closing bell yesterday (8/3). VIVENDI ADRs on the NYSE fell 40 cents, or 1.2%, to close for a final time at at $33.37.
