In an era where it's essential for radio to understand the listening and lifestyle habits of its audience, the WORLDWIDE RADIO SUMMIT 2014 will offer compelling data and insight into consumer behavior at the HOLLYWOOD ROOSEVELT HOTEL on APRIL 2nd-4th. The latest revelations from JACOBS MEDIA's TECHSURVEY 10, one of which concerns the intensely close relationship between Country radio and its listeners.
"With the industry’s attention focused on Country last week, here’s a nugget about its fans," JACOBS MEDIA Pres. FRED JACOBS noted. "More so than any other format, Country devotees listen to broadcast radio to hear their favorite songs. Nearly nine in 10 (88%) agree. The closest format? Classic Rock (78%)."
Exclusive details on listener habits in practically all the radio formats will be unveiled from TECHSURVEY 10, the largest radio survey of all major formats, including the results of their listeners’ habits concerning preferences in broadcast, digital and device. Pressing questions that will be answered include: What are listeners' likes/turn-offs? What makes them interact with radio on social media? What are the rising and falling platforms? And most importantly, what steps does radio need to take to keep a winning edge with listeners?
This will be one of many must-attend events at the WORLDWIDE RADIO SUMMIT 2014, held at the HOLLYWOOD ROOSEVELT HOTEL on APRIL 2nd-4th.
