WASHINGTON INTERSTATE BROADCASTING COMPANY Sports KLOG-A/KELSO, WA was briefly off the air last WEDNESDAY due to theft of copper from the station's ground system, reports the LONGVIEW DAILY NEWS.
Station Manager JOEL HANSEN told the paper that thieves did "a lot of work for absolutely no reward," taking about a dollar's worth of metal that will cost the station over $1,500 to have replaced. The station was off the air from WEDNESDAY morning through about 4p that afternoon.
