Country Music Hall Of Fame And Mueseum Presents Interview With Jimmy Bowen

The COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME AND MUSEUM will present two special programs, in support of the exhibit, "REBA: ALL THE WOMEN I AM."
On SUNDAY, APRIL 6th at 2p (CT) the museum will screen "THE 29th ANNUAL ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS," which originally aired in 1989, where REBA served as a co-host with ALAN JACKSON.
On SATURDAY, APRIL 12th at 1:30p (CT) in the museum's FORD THEATER, an interview with industry vet JIMMY BOWEN will be presented. The program will feature a discussion of BOWEN's career as a top record producer and the head of several record labels, including: ELEKTRA/ASYLUM, WARNER BROS., MCA and CAPITOL. While heading MCA, BOWEN co-produced with REBA, her breakthrough recordings: "How Blue," "Somebody Should Leave" and "Whoever's In New England."
On SUNDAY, APRIL 27th at 2p (CT), the museum will screen "LEADING LADIES OF THE GRAND OLE OPRY, HOSTED BY REBA McENTIRE," where REBA tells the story of legendary women who performed on the OPRY in the 1950's and 60's, paving the way for successful female Country artists.
