CLEAR CHANNEL Urban WUSL (POWER 99)/PHILADELPHIA OM THEA MITCHEM confirmed what had been widely predicted -- the SAM SYLK move to mornings, effective WEDNESDAY (8/9). Joining SYLK will be Q DEEZY, who was part of the highly rated “DREAM TEAM,” which ran on WUSL from 2000 to 2004, and ERICA KANE, who worked at sister Urban WERQ (92 Q)/BALTIMORE.
MITCHEM was excited about the potential of her new morning team. “We’ve put together a team that can truly serve the PHILADELPHIA community in a positive way. The SAM SYLK MORNING SHOW is going to make a significant impact in the PHILADELPHIA market.” I
