Stark Exits Billboard After 17 Years; More Billboard and R&R Staffers Out

After 17-years with BILLBOARD and BILLBOARD RADIO MONITOR, PHYLLIS STARK has exited the company, effective immediately. STARK's position as NASHVILLE BUREAU CHIEF has been eliminated as the company merges with RADIO & RECORDS. STARK joined BILLBOARD in 1989 as a NEW YORK based reporter, moving to NASHVILLE in 1995, to become Managing Editor of BILLBOARD MONITOR. PHYLLIS serves on the CMA Board of Directors and is on the Advisory Board for St. JUDE CHILDREN's RESEARCH HOSPITAL.
