  ENTRAVISION COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION has changed independent registered public accounting firms, the company has notified the SEC.
  
  GRANT THORNTON LLP has been hired to take over the company's audits, replacing MCGLADREY LLP. ENTRAVISION said that it had no disagreements with MCGLADREY and did not consult with GRANT THORNTON on the company's financial reports before hiring the firm.
