WREN COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling silent noncommercial KKWY/DOUGLAS, WY to VIC MICHAEL's CEDAR COVE BROADCASTING, INC. for $2,000.

In other filings with the FCC, BIRACH BROADCASTING CORP. has requested a Silent STA for WBVA-A/BAYSIDE, VA  while it awaits zoning approval for its new site.

HBD MEDIA, LLC has closed on the sale of the construction permit for KCWB/BYRON, WY to LEGEND COMMUNICATIONS OF WYOMING, LLC for $5,000.

WWJC INC. has closed on the sale of Religion WWJC-A (THE LIGHT)/DULUTH, MN to VCY AMERICA, INC. for $400,000.

And MURRAY COMMUNICATIONS has closed on the sale of  FM translators W287CF/BRISTOL, TN and W291CP/BLOUNTVILLE, TN to BRISTOL BROADCASTING CO., INC. for $102,000.  The BRISTOL translator will rebroadcast Sports WFHG-A (98 THE SPORTS FOX)/BRISTOL and the BLOUNTVILLE translator will rebroadcast Talk WFHG-F (SUPER TALK WFHG)/BLUFF CITY-BRISTOL.
