This year's winners include KCPQ-TV's CHRISTINE CHEN, KOMO-TV's DENISE WHITAKE, and KING/KONG-TV's MIMI JUNG in the Women's category, and KIRO-TV's GULSTAN DART, KCPQ-TV's WALTER KELLY, KIRO-TV's GAARD SWANSON in the men's category.
