UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA student BRIAN SELTZER has been named play-by-play voice of PENN men's basketball on noncommercial Adult Alternative WXPN/PHILADELPHIA, replacing ADAM HERTZOG, who exited to join ESPN. HERTZOG has handled the QUAKERS' play-by-play since 1997.
