NORTHERN LIGHTS Hot AC KTWN/MINNEAPOLIS afternooner MARK RIDER is branching off into television narration -- and his first two shows air this SUNDAY, APRIL 13th on HGTV back to back at 4p CT.
“New House New Life,” produced by ORION ENTERTAINMENT follows couples of all ages and back grounds who dare to quit their old jobs and follow their dreams.
RIDER was called to voice the show because, “Who hasn’t wanted to up and quit their job to start a bed and breakfast or a cattle ranch or live on your own charter boat? We all have but haven’t been willing to take the leap of faith. These people have and it’s very inspiring.”
After almost 25 years of radio why television all of the sudden? According to RIDER, “I’ve been telling stories ever since my first teacher asked me to read aloud in front of a class and now the class has gotten bigger.”
You can also hear his voice right now all over the national television campaigns for SKI-DOO SNOW MOBILES and national radio for the two new flavors of MOUNTAIN DEW KICKSTART.
