CUMULUS MEDIA's RADIO LICENSE HOLDING CBC, LLC is selling Silent WNRX/JEFFERSON CITY, TN to LAKEWAY BROADCASTING, LLC for $15,000.

In other filings with the FCC, GEORGE HOCHMAN is selling two MAUI translators -- K239CD/LAHAINA, HI, and K241BZ/KIHEI, HI -- to VIC MICHAEL's KONA COAST RADIO, LLC for $145,000 ($10,000 down, $15,000 credit for debt forgiveness, $120,000 cash).

SPANISH PEAKS BROADCASTING, INC. is transferring K281BK/MISSOULA, MT and K280FX/BOZEMAN, MT to JLD MEDIA, LLC for $1.
