  Radio consultant JOEL FOLGER launched his third new station in three weeks today at COASTLINE COMMUNICATIONS WYNA/MYRTLE BEACH, SC. PD CRAIG RUSS says, "BOB now lives at 104.9 on the GRAND STRAND. I'm very excited about the future." Other recent new "variety hits" for FOLGER include WYHY/ROCKFORD, IL and WILT/WILMINGTON, NC.
