  WILLIE NELSON will receive his 5th Degree Black Belt in the art of Gong Kwon Yu Sul at a ceremony on MONDAY, APRIL 28th at 7:30p (CT) at MASTER MARTIAL ARTS in AUSTIN, TX.
  
  "It is a good form of exercise, especially as you get older," NELSON told "MEN'S HEALTH MAGAZINE."
  
  WILLIE will turn 81 on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30^th, just two days after the ceremony.
