After exactly 41.5 years with SANFORD-BROWN COLLEGE, Career Services Advisor MIKE KRONFORST has decided to hang up the headphones -- and he's submitted his resignation from his career which started with teaching broadcasting at then-BROWN INSTITUTE.
KRONFORST told ALL ACCESS, "Over 50 years of working for and with broadcasters has to be just about the best way to spend one's career. It looks like MAY 7th will be my last day working here. I'm proudest of the thousands of graduates of BROWN that I either taught or helped find jobs for.
"Highlights for me include the CONCLAVE's ROCKWELL AWARD in 2002 and being elected to the MINNESOTA BROADCASTING HALL OF FAME in 2009. I'm also proud of my work with the CONCLAVE. In addition to serving 18 years on the Board Of Directors, I attended every single CONCLAVE except the very first. I may do some parttime teaching and I hope to keep in touch with my friends and former students through FACEBOOK and LINKED IN.
