NORTH TEXAS RADIO GROUP, L.P. is selling Contemporary Christian KETE (THE WAY 99.7)/SULPHUR BLUFF, TX to THE WAY RADIO GROUP, LLC for $169,910 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.

In other filings with the FCC, RADIO METTER, INC. is selling Southern Gospel WHCG-A and Classic Hits WBMZ (103.7 THE BOOMER)/METTER, GA to RADIOJONES, LLC for $150,000.

TRACY BROADCASTING CORP., through Chapter 11 trustee JOLI A. LOFSTEDT, is transferring Hot AC KOLT-F (92.9 THE BOSS)/WARREN AFB, WY to creditor VALLEY BANK AND TRUST after time broker MONTGOMERY BROADCASTING defaulted on its agreement to program the station.  VB&T held a $1,626,727.86 promissory note and paid $910,000 as a credit bid for the station.

As previously reported, ARKANSAS State Sen. JEREMY HUTCHINSON and ARKANSAS TECH ANGELS, LLC have bought out GRANT MERRILL's 52% interest in SALINE RIVER MEDIA, licensee of KEWI-A/BENTON, AR, and the contract filed with the FCC indicates that the purchase price is $10,000.

HOOSIER BROADCASTING CORP. is selling W279CL/ANDERSON, IN to WOOD BOOM RADIO MUNCIE LICENSE LLC for $22,172.  The translator will rebroadcast Talk WHBU-A/ANDERSON.

RAMS II is selling W250BM/CULLMAN, AL to TRIPP, LLC for space on the tower of WKUL/CULLMAN, AL.

CHRISTIAN RADIO FELLOWSHIP, INC has requested a Silent STA for W252BN/TALLAHASSEE, FL due to difficulties receiving the primary station.

FMC BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of Oldies KLEE-A and Top 40 KOTM-F (97.7 TOM FM)/OTTUMWA, IA to O-TOWN COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $794,000.

CHARLES E. CRAWFORD has closed on the sale of the construction permit for FM translator K294CM/RIVERSIDE, CA to MCCARRON LLC for $10 under an option (for $1) arranged last OCTOBER.  The translator will rebroadcast EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION Christian Rock KLRD (AIR 1)/YUCAIPA, CA.

MARK M. SNOW has closed on the swap of FM translator W292EH/PELHAM, AL to MARBLE CITY MEDIA, LLC for the construction permit for a new FM at ROCKFORD, AL.  The translator has been moved to rebroadcast MARBLE CITY's Classic Hits WYEA-A/SYLACAUGA, AL.

RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator W276CR/BRADENTON, FL to SALEM COMMUNICATIONS' CARON BROADCASTING, INC. for $125,000.  The station will rebroadcast Talk WLSS-A/SARASOTA.

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of FM translator K233CO/OMAHA, NE to SALEM MEDIA OF ILLINOIS, LLC for $225,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Religion KCRO-A/OMAHA.

And CARL TUTERA has closed on the sale of FM translator W224CK/VESTAVIA HILLS, AL to BIBLE CHRISTIAN SOCIETY for $25,000. The station will rebroadcast Religion WQQH-A/IRONDALE, AL.
