Gordon To Be CBS Corp. Controller

VIACOM SVP, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer SUSAN C. GORDON will be SVP, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of CBS CORPORATION after VIACOM's split into two separately-traded companies. GORDON will report to CBS CORP. EVP/CFO FREDERIC G. REYNOLDS; she joined VIACOM in 1981 and took her present position in MAY 2002.

At the same time, INFINITY EVP/CFO JACQUES TORTOTOLI will serve as SVP, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the new VIACOM (comprising the company's cable, movie, and music interests).  TORTOROLI joined the company in JULY 2002.
