PUBLIC RADIO CAPITAL/PUBLIC MEDIA COMPANY's PRC TULSA I-LLC is selling noncommercial News-Talk KOSN/KETCHUM-TULSA, OK and translators K270BK/OKMULGEE, OK and K297AQ/BIXBY, OK to OKLAHOMA STATE UNIVERSITY for $1.5 million. The buyer has been managing and programming the stations as satellites of noncommercial News-Talk KOSU/STILLWATER-OKLAHOMA CITY, OK under a Management Agreement that was extended last year.
In other filings with the FCC, MUSKEGON PUBLIC SCHOOLS are assigning low power FM WMMT-LP/MUSKEGON, MI to WEST MICHIGAN COMMUNITY HELP NETWORK for $10.
BARCA MEDIA PARTNERS, LLC has requested a Silent STA for KMEN/MENDOTA, CA because it has lost its studio site "and has been struggling financially."
CONUNDRUM COMMUNICATIONS INVESTMENTS, INC. has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for KWDI/IDALIA, CO and K283AS/HAYDEN, CO.
And MESA BROADCASTING INC. has closed on the sale of K296AK/MONTROSE, CO to PETER TRAN for $12,500.
