SUMMER REESE can be removed from the company's BERKELEY offices, where she has been living with her mother and supporters in defiance of the company board's decision to fire her and install MARGY WILKINSON as Interim Exec. Dir.

The OAKLAND TRIBUNE reports that Judge IOANA PETROU will rule next TUESDAY on whether REESE can be evicted from the office and will also hear arguments in the suit brought by supporters challenging REESE's ouster from the noncommercial radio group.
