Private equity fund BALANCE POINT CAPITAL PARTNERS has taken a minority stake in COMPASS MEDIA NETWORKS, LLC.

BALANCE POINT Managing Partner SETH ALVORD said, "BALANCE POINT is proud to be associated with COMPASS MEDIA NETWORKS and its management team.  We look forward to supporting PETER (KOSANN, COMPASS founder) and his team as they continue to expand their syndicated radio broadcasting portfolio."

Among BALANCE POINT's other media investments are stakes in DIGITY MEDIA, CONNOISSEUR MEDIA, and PAMAL BROADCASTING.
