COLLEEN MCKINNEY has asked for a Silent STA for KBEK/MORA, MN; MCKINNEY told the Commission, "Within the past eight months two key employees died unexpectedly. With a very small staff of less than three other full-time employees, this amounted to a mammoth blow, particularly since one of the employees who died was the traffic manager. Added to this was the unusually difficult winter, with record-setting snowfalls and vortex sub-zero temperatures in MINNESOTA. This often made travel to work dangerous or impossible for the staff that remained."
RADIO 74 INTERNATIONALE has requested a Silent STA for KSJL/STRASBURG, CO due to a dispute with the tower owner and pending a request for an upgrade to allow it to move to a new site.
BLUEBERRY BROADCASTING, LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for WAEI-A/BANGOR, ME for financial reasons and while it tries to sell the station.
