Settlement Conference Planned In Andrea Tantaros Suit Against TRN

A settlement conference is being planned by the court for ANDREA TANTAROS and her ASTERO, LLC's breach of contract suit against TALK RADIO NETWORK ENTERTAINMENT INC.  An order entered TODAY schedules a telephone status conference for MAY 13th, at which time the parties will pick a day for the settlement conference and decide who will participate.

TANTAROS' attorneys recently got the court to strike TRN's motion to compel arbitration in the case, at least until TRN gets a default entered against it set aside.  TRN was held to have defaulted on JANUARY 21st for failure to timely respond to TANTAROS' complaint.

The FOX NEWS CHANNEL personality, who hosted a show for TRN, sued TRN over alleged misrepresentations, including the strength of its sales and marketing departments and failure to disclose its suit against its ad sales representatives.
