LOGOS BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling noncommercial Contemporary Christian KLFH (K-LIFE)/OJAI-VENTURA-OXNARD, CA to SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA PUBLIC RADIO for $800,000.  The station will become a satellite of the buyer's noncommercial News-Talk KPCC/PASADENA-LOS ANGELES.

In other filings with the FCC, control of TRUSTWORTHY RADIO LLC, licensee of WHYL-A/CARLISLE, PA, has been transferred in Chapter 7 involuntary bankruptcy from JOSEPH L. GREEN JR. and BRUCE COLLIER to trustee MARKIAN SLOBODIAN.

SAN ANTONIO RADIOWORKS, LLC has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for K290BO/LACKLAND CITY, TX while it moves to its new site.

RHATTIGAN BROADCASTING (TEXAS), L.P. has closed on the sale of Talk KBST-A, Country KBST-F (BEST COUNTRY), and Hot AC KBTS (94.3 THE FUSE)/BIG SPRING, TX to MIKE ABUSAAB's KBEST MEDIA, LLC for $1.1 million.
