NPR has launched the online hub its expanded education coverage through the new "NPR ED" team assembled with funding from the BILL AND MELINDA GATES FOUNDATION and THE WALLACE FOUNDATION with an interactive presentation, "The Best Commencement Speeches, Ever." The speeches date back to 1774 and are searchable, with full versions of speeches and videos when available.
The team includes editor STEVE DRUMMOND and bloggers JUANA SUMMERS and ANYA KAMENETZ, NPR education correspondents ERIC WESTERVELT and CLAUDIO SANCHEZ, associate producer SAMI YENIGUN, and senior editor CORY TURNER, working with NPR editorial strategist MATT THOMPSON and photo and video producer JOHN POOLE.
