RYAN SEACREST has become a strategic investor in DIGITOUR MEDIA, a company that produces concerts starring artists who have been featured on YOUTUBE.  ADVANCE PUBLICATIONS, the parent company of CONDE NAST, is also investing in DIGITOUR.
