No need to board up the windows, it's not weather-related. Radio vet MICHAEL STORM, whose tour of duty includes SAN DIEGO, PORTLAND, PALM SPRINGS and most recently, CUMULUS Top 40 KRBE/HOUSTON, joins sister Top 40 WZYP/HUNTSVILLE as PD/afternoon jock. He fills the vacancy created when KEITH SCOTT exited for CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 Adult KHMX/HOUSTON, and will arrive by months end.
"I want to thank (CUMULUS VP/Programming) JAN JEFFRIES and (WZYP) VP/GM Bill West for this opportunity," STORM told ALL ACCESS adding, "It's a huge station with a great staff led by the MOJO MORNING SHOW, and my goal is to continue to build on its longtime success. I'd like to give a 'down under' shout to TRACY AUSTIN and also to LESLIE WHITTLE and everyone at KRBE. It's been a blast being there. All I need now are some DREAMLAND BBQ ribs and I'm all set!"
