The FCC as admonished but not fined VISION LATINA BROADCASTING, INC., former licensee of Spanish Religion KBPO-A/PORT NECHES, TX, for public file violations in 2010-2011. The file was missing all quarterly issues/programs lists, attributed to confusion over an outside consultant's assertions.
The fine, originally proposed at $25,000, was cancelled due to inability to pay.
