AZOFF MSG ENTERTAINMENT (AMSGE) has acquired a 50% stake in LEVITY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP (LEG). enabling the combined forces to offer a national platform of live comedy venues, a premier comedy and reality television content production unit, talent management and online digital services.
