Chris Kroeger Takes Over Afternoons At WFNZ

CBS RADIO Sports WFNZ-A/(SPORTS RADIO 610 THE FAN)/CHARLOTTE has named CHRIS KROEGER to host afternoons 3-7p (ET).  KROEGER will be joined by two different rotating co-hosts and staff members THE Q.C.B,, HITMAN and JAYWEEZIE each day on “PRIME TIME WITH CHRIS KROEGER,” which will fill the gap left by the departure of MARC JAMES to sister Sports WZGC (92.9 THE GAME)/ATLANTA.

OM/PD DJ STOUT said, “Like the CHARLOTTE HORNETS we too are bringing our legendary brand ‘PRIME TIME’ back.  We’re excited for CHROS to take on this opportunity. He is a top notch talent and we look forward to him bringing his fresh approach to ‘PRIME TIME.’”  

The station is also adding “THE CALL UP WITH COLIN AND NATE,” hosted by morning producer COLIN HAGGARD and afternoon producer NATE CONLEY, for weekdays 10a-noon.
