The sale of WILKS LICENSE COMPANY - KANSAS CITY LLC Top 40 KMXV (MIX 93.3), Country KFKF, Country KBEQ (Q104), and AC KCKC (KC 102.1)/KANSAS CITY to STEEL CITY MEDIA's MGTF RADIO COMPANY, LLC/MGTF MEDIA COMPANY, LLC has been filed with the Commission, showing a price tag of $105.5 million.
In other filings with the FCC, VIRGINIA TECH FOUNDATION, INC. has requested a Silent STA for W215BJ/ST. PAUL, VA due to transmitter problems.
EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of K231CE/DURANT, OK to TEXOMA BROADCASTING, INC. for $27,000. The translator will rebroadcast Talk KSEO-A/DURANT.
