DREAMA THORNSBURY's HATFIELD MCCOY BROADCASTING, INC. is transferring Classic Country WVKM/MATEWAN, WV back to EVELYN WARREN's THREE STATES BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. for forgiveness of debt.  HATFIELD MCCOY bought the station for $250,000 in a promissory note in 2013 and stopped payments after the JANUARY 2014 installment, leaving $179,000 still due.

In other filings with the FCC, CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY RADIO, INC. is selling W286AJ/JERSEYVILLE, IL to METROPLEX COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $60,000.  The primary station proposed in the application is Talk WBGZ/ALTON, IL.  It currently rebroadcasts LEWIS AND CLARK COMMUNITY COLLEGE noncommercial WLCA/JERSEYVILLE.

RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling the construction permit for K253BE/IOWA CITY, IA to CALVARY CHAPEL IOWA for $37,000.

TURQUOISE BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC has requested a Silent STA for K257ER/SOLDOTNA, AL due to equipment failure.

And CLEAR CHANNEL's AMFM RADIO LICENSES LLC has applied to move W232CB/FREDERICK, MD to ROCKVILLE, MD on 104.9 FM, with the cooperation of SALEM, whose Religion WAVA/ARLINGTON-WASHINGTON is on first-adjacent 105.1 FM.  The presently licensed facility has drawn interference complaints from co-channel RED ZEBRA sports WWXX (simulcast of WTEM-A (ESPN980))/BUCKLAND, VA that has resulted in a temporary power reduction of the present W232CB facility.  RADIO INSIGHT reports that the move will be followed by another frequency change to allow a move into WASHINGTON.
